Fantasy Congress Update 2

Well, so far, my team sucks. Luckily, this is a kind of warm-up round before the 110th congress takes over. Returning from break, congress was favorable to Fangthane's team again. A few people have Mark Udall on their team, and he grabbed 50 points when Bush signed H.R. 1129.

I updated the table to reflect each member's home country. The Canadians have this game down. Embarrassing.

I'll try to make periodic updates on here, both to everyone's lineup and as points are added.
